Work Mode and Compensation

• Work Mode: 2 days per month in the office (Warsaw, Śródmieście),
• Compensation: Individually negotiated
  • B2B: Up to 33,000 PLN net + VAT + guaranteed bonus
  • Employment Contract: Up to 33,000 PLN gross + guaranteed bonus

Engagement: Long-term project, direct employment with the manufacturer

Your Role

You will be part of a core team developing tools for distributed messaging systems.
Your contributions will be applied in both development and production environments.

Requirements

• A technical degree
• Strong knowledge of C++ (C is a plus)
• Willingness to learn Rust (no prior commercial experience required)
• Experience developing software for Linux systems, including distributed processing
• Understanding of distributed processing systems (configuration, usage, and development)
• Familiarity with modern monitoring systems like Logstash, Elastic Search, Kibana
• Knowledge of protocols or frameworks for distributed systems such as gRPC, Protobufs, SomeIP, DDS
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with DDS, ROS2, or Rust
• Background in working with international or large teams
• Familiarity with:
  • Time-series databases (e.g., InfluxDB, Prometheus)
  • Analytical platforms (e.g., Grafana, Tableau)
