Project Overview

• Focus on development projects for the insurance and financial sectors (no maintenance).
• Work on new modules, integrations, and interfaces for sales portals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis in projects related to the insurance/financial sector.
• Model business processes using BPMN notation.
• Analyze user requirements and assist in implementing new features.
• Support IT teams and business users to ensure smooth communication and development.
• Verify business needs to ensure they can be implemented in the system.
• Provide recommendations on the solution design.
• Support the development and QA teams throughout the process.
• Verify changes to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Lead workshops with both business and development teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in system/business/system analysis, particularly in insurance or investment fund projects.
• Experience in analyzing user requirements, system development, and deploying new functionalities.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with IT teams and business users.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML modeling.
• Experience working in Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (especially REST, JSON, SOAP).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.
