Key Details

• Location: Hybrid (Warsaw/Lublin) – 1 day in the office every two weeks
• Engagement: Full-time, long-term
• Contract Type: Individually negotiated (UoP or B2B)

Your Responsibilities

• Manage teams of Python and Oracle developers
• Coordinate work between developers and business stakeholders
• Plan training, set developmental goals, and establish career paths
• Collaborate with PMs and business representatives
• Develop and oversee KPIs to ensure goals are met

Our Requirements

• Proven experience managing development teams
• Ability to organize and enforce team workflow
• Skills in motivating team members and nurturing talent
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• Strong understanding of development tools and software development methods
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
