Position Details

• Work Model: Hybrid (1 day in the office every 2 weeks – Warsaw, Śródmieście)
• Contract Type & Salary:
  • B2B: Up to 30,000 PLN net + VAT
  • UoP: Up to 30,000 PLN gross
• Engagement: Long-term collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the product meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate seamless communication between global teams, maintaining consistency and transparency throughout the development process.
• Understand the product by gathering requirements, planning releases, and coordinating sprints to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve production issues swiftly and prioritize backlog items based on business value and customer impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or a similar role in product management.
• Proactive, self-reliant approach with a strong drive to take initiative.
• Solid understanding of the software development process.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent in English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations and countries.
• Practical experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with automotive products and industry.
