We are a flat-structured company with foreign capital, looking for an engineer for long-term collaboration. Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and chip designers to deliver efficient and scalable solutions for a wide range of clients.

• Contract Type:
  • B2B: Up to 35,000 PLN net + VAT (paid holidays included)
  • Employment Contract (UoP) also available
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Krakow) – 1-2 days per week in the office

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Python programming and deep learning frameworks (primarily PyTorch)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Advantageous:
  • Experience in embedded environments (C, C++, Kernel)
  • Expertise in optimizing existing pipelines
